Jim entered the HVAC industry 40 years ago, earning his trade school degree from Lindsey-Cooper Refrigeration School in Irving, Texas in 1984. Jim has worked for 18 years as a Florida mechanical (residential and commercial) building inspector, and 20 years as a general contractor.
Jim has earned his Environmental Control 1, Environmental Control 2, and Environmental Control 3- HVAC Heating and Industrial Electrical Service Certifications from the Society of Building Science Educators (SBSE) and holds a universal Refrigerant Training and Certification EPA card.
